Online Shop items may be returned within 30 days of purchase and will incur a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return/refund, items are to be opened within 24 hours of arrival to inspect for damages and contact Sterling by phone or email. Returned items must be in “New/unused” condition and with original packing where applicable. A copy of the original receipt must accompany returned item(s). All return shipping fee costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer, unless in the instance of damaged goods.

Guaranteed In-Stock Products
If your order contains products that are Guaranteed In-Stock; For Canadian online orders, we offer next day ship out (within 24 hours), and within 48 hours for USA online orders, on all orders placed between Monday-Thursday, before 5pm PST. For orders placed on Friday, the weekend & holidays, orders will be shipped the next business day.
Non-Guaranteed In-Stock Products
For all Canadian and USA orders, products that are not currently in-stock will incur a max lead time of approx. 12 business days to arrive at our facility (upon ordering, you will be provided with a parts ETA to Sterling Fleet Outfitters Facility). Once your product arrives at our facility; Canadian online orders, will be next day ship out (within 24 hours), and within 48 hours for USA online orders. Once your product is packaged and ready for ship out, you will receive a tracking number. Please note: Lead times may be shorter as we do try and hold a wide range of stocked items.
Ordering a mix of Guaranteed & Non-Guaranteed In-Stock Products
If your order includes a mix of both Guaranteed & Non-Guaranteed In-Stock products, your order will be shipped when all stock becomes available at our facility (max 12 business days), upon ordering, you will be provided with a parts ETA to Sterling Fleet Outfitters Facility. Once your product arrives at our facility; Canadian online orders, will be next day ship out (within 24 hours), and within 48 hours for USA online orders. Once your product is packaged and ready for ship out, you will receive a tracking number. Please note: Lead times may be shorter as we do try and hold a wide range of stocked items.
Residential Delivery Fee:
A delivery to a residential address will incur an additional cost of $55.
While we aim to ship your items within the given timeframe, large quantity orders may take extra time to package for shipout. If there are any issues, a Sterling Fleet Outfitters staff member will be in contact.
We endeavor to ship products within 24 hours of purchase (Monday-Thursday & next business day for orders on Friday, the weekend & holidays) for Canadian orders, and ship within 48 hours for USA orders. If there are anticipated delays, we will notify you via e-mail. Sterling will not be liable for any delays in delivery or circumstances beyond our control.
Our Products shall be deemed accepted within 24 hours of delivery, unless you provide us with notice of rejection.
Risk of loss for conforming goods shall transfer to you at the time and place of delivery. In all events risk of loss prior to acceptance, or for any non-conforming goods already received, shall remain with us.
Please note: There may be an additional cost for residential deliveries / tailgate charges.
Collection from Sterling:
If you are collecting your product, please proceed straight to our shipping/receiving door. Bring with you a copy of your invoice.

We accept the following Credit Cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express
All Transactions will occur in Canadian Dollars.
Please Note: On your statement, you will see a different amount charged. When your credit card provider processes the charge to change it in USD, the provider will use a slightly inflated exchange rate. Sterling Fleet Outfitters does not have control over the difference in the exchange rate. We apologize for any inconveniences if this results in a higher expense.
Sterling Fleet Outfitters will cover the costs of duties incurred and complete any required custom documents. We require your Federal Tax ID for US Customs and may require you to complete additional forms if there are any discrepancies with US Customs system. Sterling Fleet does not charge taxes on any orders shipping into the United States, you will be responsible to claim and pay appropriate State taxes if applicable. If you do not list your Tax ID this can cause delays in shipping of your product.
Cancellation of Order
In the event you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately (1-888-214-0333). If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the product, and a 15% restocking fee will incur. If the product has not been shipped/collected from us, there is no cancellation fee.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We give no warranty and make no representation, express or implied, as to: the adequacy or appropriateness of the products for your particular purpose; any implied warranty or condition as to merchantability or fitness of the products for a purpose other than that for which the products are commonly used.
We are not liable in any circumstances for special, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential loss or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data or loss of revenues or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of our site or the purchase of products, regardless of the legal or equitable theory (contract, tort or otherwise) upon which the claim is based, and notwithstanding the failure of any agreed or other remedy of its essential purpose.
In no event shall our aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement, whether arising out of or related to breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, the total of the amounts paid to us for the products sold to you hereunder.
