To be eligible for a return/refund, items are to be opened within 24 hours of arrival to inspect for damages and contact Sterling by phone or email. Returned items must be in “New/unused” condition and with original packing where applicable. A copy of the original receipt must accompany returned item(s). All return shipping fee costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer, unless in the instance of damaged goods.
