Typically, yes. Once your importer profile is established with U.S. Customs, future shipments usually will not require the same documentation.

Packd bins come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty. If the product fails within two years due to defects in the material or workmanship, Sterling will repair or replace the product, provided the product was used for the application it was designed for and subject to normal use and service.
In the event you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately (1-888-214-0333). If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the product, and a 15% restocking fee will incur. If the product has not been shipped/collected from us, there is no cancellation fee.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions will be completed in Canadian Dollars.
Yes. A delivery to a residential address will incur an additional cost of $55. Please note depending on the item ordered there could be an additional cost for tailgate charges. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out to a team member at Sterling.
