Sterling matches all supplier warranties with a labour warranty as long as any failure is not due to misuse, abnormal use, or damage.

In the event you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately (1-888-214-0333). If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the product, and a 15% restocking fee will incur. If the product has not been shipped/collected from us, there is no cancellation fee.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions will be completed in Canadian Dollars.

Yes. A delivery to a residential address will incur an additional cost of $55. Please note depending on the item ordered there could be an additional cost for tailgate charges. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out to a team member at Sterling.

Products that are purchased online can be returned within 30 days of purchase and will incur a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return/refund, items are to be opened within 24 hours of arrival to inspect for damages and contact Sterling by phone or email. Returned items must be in “New/unused” condition and with original packing where applicable. A copy of the original receipt must accompany returned item(s). All return shipping fee costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer, unless in the instance of damaged goods.
