• In some cases, a copy of the Social Security card is required

Yes. Our team works directly with the customs broker and will help guide you through the required steps and paperwork.

Typically, yes. Once your importer profile is established with U.S. Customs, future shipments usually will not require the same documentation.

Sterling matches all supplier warranties with a labour warranty as long as any failure is not due to misuse, abnormal use, or damage.

In the event you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately (1-888-214-0333). If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the product, and a 15% restocking fee will incur. If the product has not been shipped/collected from us, there is no cancellation fee.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions will be completed in Canadian Dollars.
