Online Store: What is Guaranteed vs. Non-Guaranteed In-Stock Product?

Now that we have over 250 products available to purchase on our online store, we want to clear up any potential confusion around the exciting way that we advertise our products. Out of the 250 products we have available on the online store, we are guaranteeing that 120 of the products will be in stock at all times*. This means that if you order a Guaranteed In-Stock product, we will ensure that we send the item to you within 24 hours (Canada), and 48 hours (USA).

To widen our selection of products available to purchase online, we have a huge range of Non-Guaranteed In-Stock items for you to also purchase. By having a huge selection of products available, you can build your dream package, or get the products you need to fulfil your business vehicle requirements. How do you know if the product is Guaranteed In-Stock?

1. Product Page: On the product page, if the product is guaranteed In-Stock it will have this symbol at the top of the description.

2. List View: When displaying all products, if the product is Guaranteed In-Stock a small green tick will appear in the top right-hand corner of the thumbnail image. This will help you easily identify which products are guaranteed or not.

3. Product Filter – on the Buy Online page you can filter by: Guaranteed In-Stock products which will only display products that we have in stock.

*Due to unforeseen circumstances, products may be delayed in arriving at our facility. Should the stock be unavailable, you will be advised at the time of purchase

Ok, you’re ready to purchase; now what does the shipping timeline look like? Below is a quick explanation on shipping times.

Guaranteed In-Stock Products
If your order contains products that are Guaranteed In-Stock; For Canadian online orders, we offer next day ship out (within 24 hours), and within 48 hours for USA online orders, on all orders placed between Monday-Thursday, before 5pm PST. For orders placed on Friday, the weekend & holidays, orders will be shipped the next business day.

Non-Guaranteed In-Stock Products
For all Canadian and USA orders, products that are not currently in-stock will incur a max lead time of approx. 12 business days to arrive at our facility (upon ordering, you will be provided with a parts ETA to Sterling Fleet Outfitters Facility). Once your product arrives at our facility; Canadian online orders will be next day ship out (within 24 hours), and within 48 hours for USA online orders. Once your product is packaged and ready to ship out, you will receive a tracking number. Please note: Lead times may be shorter as we do try and hold a wide range of stocked items.

Ordering a mix of Guaranteed & Non-Guaranteed In-Stock Products
If your order includes a mix of both Guaranteed & Non-Guaranteed In-Stock products, your order will be shipped when all stock becomes available at our facility (max 12 business days), upon ordering, you will be provided with a parts ETA to Sterling Fleet Outfitters Facility. Once your product arrives at our facility; Canadian online orders will be next day ship out (within 24 hours), and within 48 hours for USA online orders. Once your product is packaged and ready to ship out, you will receive a tracking number. Please note: Lead times may be shorter as we do try and hold a wide range of stocked items.
