Sterling Fleet Outfitters assembles and installs equipment for work trucks & cargo vans, like shelving systems, truck caps, & ladder racks. Our shop is consistently busy, growing, and taking on new challenges with some of the top fleets in greater Vancouver. The team is growing and looking to fill the position of Service Coordinator. If you have a knack for organizing and an interest in the manufacturing industry, this might just be the position for you!


What you will be doing…

  • Greeting customers and answering any questions
  • Tagging incoming vehicles for the shop
  • Organizing the vehicles in the parking lot
  • Maintaining the shop schedule including updating the production board daily
  • Communicating with clients in regards to reminders, expected completion
  • Using scheduling software to maintain all ongoing job statuses
  • Preparing all documentation about jobs for the installation team
  • Coordinating with the subcontractors
  • Amending sales orders for customers
  • Coordinating on various fleet projects

Requirements for this position…

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 1 -3 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Comfortable driving large vehicles
  • Computer skills
  • Exemplary organization skills

It’s an asset if you have…

  • Scheduling or Dispatch experience
  • Car dealership, Rental Car, Lot Manager or Fleet vehicle experience
