We currently have a job opening for an office admin/ bookkeeper that will help you grow your career in finance. This job involves reception including welcoming customers in the showroom and directing inquires by phone. You will work closely with our finance team, entering invoices, payables and collecting receivables. You will also be collaborating with our sales and operations teams to ensure the best customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Reception – phone answering and greeting customers
  • Code and enter payables
  • Collection on AR accounts
  • Support with the preparation and distribution of invoices
  • Reconcile daily credit card payment receipts
  • Review and approve Telpay and ACH payments to vendors
  • Reconcile company credit cards
  • Support other departments as needed

Your Experience:

  • 2 – 4 Years experience in: Customer facing role, Business Admin, Accounting/Finance
  • Experience in a customer facing position
  • Experience working with an ERP or Inventory Software is an asset
  • Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and MS Excel is an asset
  • Experience working in a service department is considered an asset

Hours of Work: 7 am-4:30 pm, or 7 am – 3:30 pm. The Office Admin position requires punctuality.
